The Keychron V6 Max is a 100% layout (108 keys) wireless mechanical keyboard with gasket design, sound-absorbing foam, and double-shot PBT keycaps. It supports 2.4 GHz wireless and Bluetooth 5.1 connections, with a reported 1000 Hz polling rate and the ability to connect to up to three devices. Keychron Launcher web app enables key remapping or use of open-source QMK firmware for customizable keymaps across macOS, Windows, and Linux. The keyboard supports hot-swappable MX-style switches (3-pin and 5-pin) and includes PCB-mounted stabilizers for larger keys, designed for reduced wobble and smooth performance. The PBT keycaps are south-facing backlit, offering excellent oil resistance and legibility, with adjustable RGB hue, saturation, brightness, effect speed, and modes.
